Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact our sales team at sales@internationalstair.com or call us at (469) 453-6744 before sending products back.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- 30% of Restocking Fee will be applied.
- Custom-made or custom-cut items are non-refundable.
Shipping & Pick Up Responsibility

Please inspect and confirm products that you received/picked up, once pick tickets are signed, ISP. would not take responsibilities for Missing/Damaged materials.
- If you are returning items for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item remains your responsibility until it has been received and inspected by ISP.
- Original delivery/shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defect.
Processing Refunds
- Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
- Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled. Please contact our sales team promptly if you need to cancel an order.
Limitation of Liability
International Stair Products is not responsible for indirect costs, inconveniences, or loss of profit. Refunds are limited to the product price and any shipping refunds outlined above.
This policy does not affect your legal rights as a customer.
