When placing your order, you may choose to pick up your items directly from our distribution center. Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or phone with pickup instructions.

We offer domestic and international shipping on most stair parts and materials.

- Tracking information will be shared once your order has shipped.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours to ensure a claim can be processed.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and safe delivery address. Re-delivery fees may apply if the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information.
