Contract
All goods sold by International Stair Products (ISP) are subject to the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
- A legally binding contract exists once your order has been accepted.
- ISP reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, website errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Placing an Order
- Orders may be placed by phone, email, or in person at our distribution center.
- Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order. If a product is out of stock or discontinued, our team will notify you.
- Once an order is confirmed, changes may result in delays or additional charges.
Pricing
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Prices exclude shipping and handling, which are quoted separately.
- Promotional prices are valid only during the period advertised.
- ISP reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or typographical errors on the website, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
- ISP reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order, unless prior arrangements are made.
- Payment may be made by the methods specified at checkout or by invoicing.
- Acceptance of payment does not equal acceptance of your order (final acceptance occurs once goods are shipped or picked up).
Delivery & Pickup
- ISP provides domestic and international shipping. Delivery times depend on carrier, destination, and product availability.
- Customers may also arrange pickup at our Carrollton, TX distribution center. Notification will be sent once orders are ready.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery if the carrier cannot deliver.
- All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.
- ISP is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, accidents, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping or pickup.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- 30 % of Restocking fee will be applied, unless prior arrangements are made.
- Custom-cut or custom-finished products are non-returnable, unless defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If approved, ISP will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
- Do not dispose of defective goods until instructed by ISP.
Liability
- ISP is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or project delays.
- Wood is a natural product; variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance may vary slightly.
Website Use
- Abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity on our website is prohibited.
- Content from this site may not be copied or published elsewhere without written consent.
- ISP reserves the right to remove or block any materials it deems abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate.
